Uploaded images and generated images retained by Photo Booth are kept for 30 days and then deleted from our systems in accordance with our image-retention policy.
This 30-day period applies to images retained by our Website. Third-party AI providers may have separate data-retention practices and may retain their own copies, prompts, outputs, or technical records under their applicable terms and policies.
Account information, transaction records, and other records may be retained separately where necessary to operate the services, manage credit balances, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable law.
